Remediation of Substandard Replacement (tap) water

Replacement water from the tap. A lot of that water is substandard for fish. To detox it, remove metals and chloramines, ammonia, tannins and other background pollutions you can slowly "lagoon" the water with plants. This incorporates the drip irrigation water replacement system which costs $40 or less to implement.
