Buying healthy Koi and pond fish. Certain things fish MUST do and certain things that would tell you to RUN AWAY and not buy fish from a vendor that week. For example, fish should be happy to eat, not lethargic. And you should never buy fish that are in cloudy water at the store. They will probably get a gill disease and die at your house.
